You can delete your account in Fitness Paws or request help by email:
Account deletion removes your sign-in account and its linked profile, pet records, workouts, care logs, posts, messages, connected-account credentials, and account-linked usage events from our active database. Shared records that belong to another account and copies saved by other people may remain.
Uploaded files and recorded previews are queued for cleanup after account deletion. Files still referenced by another record or used as default images are protected. We also request deletion of your linked RevenueCat customer record. Cleanup runs hourly; unsuccessful requests are retried and flagged for follow-up. Minimal file or provider identifiers are kept until that work is resolved.
Email opt-out and anti-abuse records may remain for as long as needed to honor communication choices or enforce restrictions. You can contact support to request a review of these records.
Managed server backups expire under our 30-day retention policy. Completed cleanup receipts, which no longer contain file paths or provider identifiers, are retained for up to 30 days after completion. Purchase providers, including Apple, Google Play, and Stripe, may retain transaction records under their own policies and legal obligations. Contact us for help with a provider-data request.
To request deletion of specific information without closing your account, email support@fitnesspaws.com and describe the information. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Do not send your password.
Deleting your Fitness Paws account does not cancel a subscription with Apple, Google Play, or Stripe. Use Manage membership or your purchase provider's subscription settings to cancel future renewals if desired. You can delete your account without first changing your membership.
